How to Setup Your Online Account

To access your account on a website or in Jankowski’s Mobile App, you first need to setup your account.

Follow the steps below to setup your online account. Or, if you prefer us to help you set it up, give us a call.

To create the account, you’ll need your policy number and the email that’s associated with your account.

If you need your policy number, give us a call, send us an email, or text and we’ll send it to you.

Step 1 - Getting Started

You can access your account information on a website or through Jankowski’s Mobile App.

If you prefer to use a website, click here to go to the login page.

If you prefer to use an app, download JAI’s app from your mobile device’s app store.
 

Step 2 - Click Sign Me Up

In the lower right corner of the white box, click ‘Sign Me Up’.

Step 3 - Enter Your Information

In the next screen, you’ll need to enter your information:

  • Enter your email address associated with your account. If you don’t remember which email you used, give us a call or text and we can help.
  • Enter your phone number (this can be any phone number).
  • Enter your policy number. If you need your policy number, give us a call, email or drop us a text and we’ll send it to you.

After you enter the information, click the ‘Continue’ button.

Step 4 - VERIFY YOUR EMAIL

You will then get an email with a code in it. Open the email, copy the code and paste it into the app. Then press the ‘Continue’ button.

Note: If you can’t find the email, be sure to look in your SPAM or JUNK folder.

Step 5 - USE THE APP

You should now be logged in and able to use the features within the app.
